No, and the difference is practical. Nuru uses a gel and wants a flat surface and a shower afterwards. Body to body uses oil on a bed and wants neither. On a shore night that difference decides most bookings, because a room the two of you have to vacate by ten in the morning is a poor place to be rinsing gel at midnight.
Can both of us have it at the same time?
